Terms of Sale
Last updated: November 2026
These terms apply when you buy a digital product on edigitool.com. Please read them before you buy. If you have any questions, email info@edigitool.co.uk.
1. Who we are
edigitool.com is run by edigitool Ltd · Registered in England and Wales · Company no. 17523195 · Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. When you buy a product, your contract is with edigitool Ltd. You can contact us at info@edigitool.co.uk.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products such as e-books, audiobooks, audio, documents, templates and apps. Many are created with the creators named on each product page. We own each product or hold a licence to sell it.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on each product page and include VAT where it applies. Any tax for your country is shown at checkout.
- Payments are handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your card statement will show EDIGITOOL.
4. Your order
Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation with your download link. If a payment can't be confirmed, we won't take money and no contract is formed.
5. Getting your download
- Your download is available straight after payment, on the thank-you page and by email.
- Each file can be downloaded up to 10 times, so please save it to the device you'll use. If a download fails or you need it on another device, email us and we'll help.
- For your security, your download link works for 30 days, and each Download button for a few minutes. You can ask for a fresh link any time by emailing info@edigitool.co.uk; it's only ever sent to the email address you bought with.
- The first time you open your link on a new phone or computer, we'll ask you to confirm the email address you bought with.
- Please save your files and keep your order email: its link is how you get back to your files.
- Product pages describe the file formats. Please check your device can open them before buying.
6. Your right to cancel
Usually you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download starts, if you asked for immediate access and accepted this at checkout. Our checkout asks you to confirm both, so once you've started downloading you can't cancel just because you've changed your mind. If you haven't started any download, you can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
7. If something is wrong
By law, digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a file is faulty or not as described, tell us and we'll fix or replace it. If we can't, you're entitled to some or all of your money back. See our Refund policy. These terms don't affect your legal rights.
8. How you may use what you buy
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy it for others, share or resell it, upload it publicly or use it in AI training, unless the product page says otherwise. The product remains the intellectual property of edigitool and its creators. If you break these rules, we may end your access.
9. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for personal use. If faulty digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content, we'll repair the damage or compensate you, where we didn't use reasonable care and skill. Nothing here limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Your information
We use your details to deliver your order and support you, as explained in our Privacy notice.
11. Other important terms
- We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you bought.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
