Refund policy

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from edigitool. This page explains when you can get your money back. It doesn't affect your legal rights.

Before you download

If you haven't started downloading any file from your order, you can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund. Just ask (see below).

After you've downloaded

At checkout you asked for immediate access and accepted that your right to cancel ends once the download starts. So we can't give refunds just because you've changed your mind after downloading. If there's a genuine problem, please tell us anyway: we'll always look at it fairly.

Faulty or not as described

If a file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what the product page described, we'll fix it or send you a working copy. If we can't, we'll refund you in full or in part, depending on the problem.

Bought twice by mistake

If you accidentally bought the same product twice, we'll refund the second purchase.

How to ask for a refund

• Email info@edigitool.co.uk with your order number (it starts with EDG-) and what's wrong. Most problems can be fixed straight away.
• We'll reply within 5 working days.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show them.
• Once an order is refunded, its download link stops working.

Please contact us first

If you're unhappy, please email us before contacting your bank. We can usually sort things out quickly, and disputes through your bank take much longer.
